What the site stores
- Match stats. Maps played on the TGU server are recorded by MatchZy: your SteamID, in-game name, and match statistics. These are shown publicly on this site.
- Steam sign-in. This site does not have access to any steam login credentials. Only your SteamID and any publicly available data related to the ID are accessed by the website.
- Event sign-ups. The name you enter, your team's name, abbreviation, and logo, your teammates' SteamIDs and Steam profile names, and any note for the admins. Notes are only visible to admins. When a captain pastes a teammate's Steam link, the site reads that profile's public name from Steam.
- Cookies. A session cookie, and a sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in for 30 days. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, and no analytics.
- Spam limits. When you submit a sign-up form, a scrambled (hashed) form of your network address is kept for up to 20 minutes to limit spam, then deleted.
Where it's stored
All match statistics and site information are stored in an SQL database. The information is not sold or shared.
Removing your information
- You can change or withdraw your own event sign-up on the event page, or leave a team you were added to.
- Signing out removes the sign-in cookie from your browser.
- To remove anything else, contact an admin.
